Target Species: Panamint Alligator Lizard (Plestiodon panamintina), and California Mountain Kingsnake (Lampropeltis zonata)?! Overview: Literally nothing is known about the species occurring on the Nevada portion of this range. Additionally, the occurrence of the Panamint Alligator lizard is unknown in Nevada. Recent graduate student work (Clause 2015, Yasuda 2015) depicts this species as likely to occur in the remote White Mountains (west of Tonopah). This will be a weekend (three day) blitz which may include some work in California, given the geographic nature of the White Mountains.
